The river Suswa, once a flourishing river and a source of living and livelihood for many settlements around it has now been succumbed owing to population burden and ill-treatment of waste. The water of Suswa has been contaminated over the years and the result of this has been on the living conditions of people who were dependent on it for survival. The government attempts to aid the people but the burden of the contamination has left numerous difficulties for humans and aminals. In this constant combat between the environment and humans, there is an urgent need to fathom a balance and sustain lives for both.
